Labor Day Weekend 2018

As an end-of-summer tradition, we try to make it to Marshal’s grandparents’ cabin on Labor Day weekend. We are so thankful to have access to the cabin and its beautiful scenery, and most often, this weekend is spent with as many members of Marshal’s family that can make it.

This year, we had a night together with just Marsh, me, and our friend David, and then Marshal’s brother, sister-in-law, niece, and grandpa and grandpa joined for the annual BBQ.

We had a glorious three days of swimming, fishing, eating, teaching Boo how to fetch in the lake, and soaking up the last few days of summer. Thanks to Robbie and Michelle (Marshal’s brother and sister-in-law) for both allowing us to play house with their daughter, Hazel, and documenting our time with her. 😘

Oh, and Marshal and Robbie purchased a paddle board a few weeks prior, so we were able to use that, as well. So fun!
